Arrowhead Activity Center Nears Completion

Elk City Commissioners received an update on the nearly full Arrowhead Activity Center which is in Ackley Park West from City Manager Tom Ivester.

He says the final touches are being added to the venue and the building is set to have a grand opening around mid-October.


Ivester says youth league basketball games have already been scheduled inside the building this winter.

He also added that the swimming pool project at Ackley Park is on schedule. This project should be completed and ready for use by next summer.
